Flo is a change implementation leader and problem solver with over 28 years of experience driving business improvement, leading transformational change, and implementing risk reduction programs across automotive manufacturing, procurement, and oil and gas operations. Her work spans Europe, Asia, the United States, and Canada, where she is recognized for her ability to operate effectively across diverse cultural environments and align global teams toward common goals.
Prior to co-founding TRG, she served senior leadership role in BP and most recently, she served as Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Safety & Operations Integrity at Cenovus Energy (formerly Husky Energy) where she led enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance operational performance, strengthen capability, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Flo is known for her practical, hands-on approach grounded in the belief of “teaching people how to fish” and “making work visible” to deliver sustainable results while building internal capability.
Originally from Hong Kong, she now resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband, and they enjoy traveling and golfing.

Rose has over 35 years of manufacturing experience in highly hazardous chemical processes, emphasizing business risk reduction while achieving a strong track record of performance improvement. She is recognized for her transformational change leadership capability. After retiring from The Dow Chemical Company, where she served as Global Manufacturing Director for the Chlor-Alkali and EDC/VCM businesses, Rose took on the role of Vice President and General Manager for a privately owned Chlor-Alkali producer.
Before co-founding TRG, she worked as an operational excellence and continuous improvement consultant in the oil/energy and chemical industries. Rose has served on the Chlorine Institute Board of Directors and Executive Committee, the Board of Directors for the Chemical Industry Council of California, and the Board of Directors for Brazoria County United Way. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and is certified as a Six Sigma Local Champion (Dow). Currently, Rose resides in the Lake Tahoe area of Nevada with her husband, where they enjoy outdoor activities through all seasons.

Layla thrives on the unusual cross-industry application of ideas. She began her career in finance with PepsiCo, where she learned how to re-engineer processes for future consumerism, significantly contributing to business risk reduction. At GE, Layla led its B2B supply chain division as General Manager during a VC buyout. Since 2005, she has consulted with Fortune 50 clients, including BP, Shell, Vodafone, AT&T, Verizon, SWIFT, and Deutsche Bank. Clients seek her expertise in performance improvement to shift culture, recover from crises, contain spiraling costs, increase revenues, and prepare for future risks or market challenges, driving transformational change.
Residing in Monaco and traveling extensively, Layla is also the founder of Monaco Challenge, a non-profit sporting events association. She holds a Master Black Belt Six Sigma certification from GE, a Lean certification from Shell, a BA in political science from UC San Diego, and an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University.
