Flo is a change implementation leader and a problem solver with 25+ years of experience in driving performance improvement, transformational change, and business risk reduction programs in automotive manufacturing, procurement, Oil and Gas operations and maintenance, and safety and operational risks sectors spanning Europe, Asia, USA, and Canada. She believes in ‘teaching people how to fish’ and ‘making work visible’ approach in delivering impactful business results while building meaning people capability. Prior to co-founding TRG, she was VP, Continuous Improvement and Safety Operations Integrity at Cenovus Energy (Husky Energy prior to the merger). Flo is from Hong Kong and lives in Houston, TX with her husband. They enjoy travelling and golfing.

Rose has over 35 years of manufacturing experience in highly hazardous chemical processes with a strong track record of improving performance and is recognized for her transformational leadership capability. After retiring from The Dow Chemical Company where she held the role of Global Manufacturing Director for the Chlor-Alkali and EDC/VCM businesses, Rose served as Vice President and General Manager for a privately owned Chlor-Alkali producer. Before co-founding TRG, Rose worked as an operational excellence and continuous improvement consultant in the oil/energy and chemical industries. She has served on the Chlorine Institute Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Board of Directors for the Chemical Industry Council of California and Board of Directors for Brazoria County United Way. Rose has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and is certified as a Six Sigma Local Champion (Dow). She currently resides in the Lake Tahoe area of Nevada with her husband where they enjoy outdoor activities through all seasons.

Layla lives for unusual cross industry application of ideas. She began her career in finance with PepsiCo where she learned how to re-engineer processes to prepare for future consumerism. At GE, Layla led it's B2B supply chain division as General Manager into a VC buy out. Since 2005, Layla has consulted with Fortune 50 clients, including: BP, Shell, Vodafone, AT&T, Verizon, SWIFT, and Deutsche Bank. Clients request her skills to help shift culture, recover from a crisis, contain spiraling costs, increase revenues, and even prepare for future risk or market challenges.
Layla is a resident of Monaco, travels extensively, and is the founder of Monaco Challenge, a non-profit sporting events association. She has a Master Black Belt Six Sigma certification from GE, Lean certification from Shell, earned her BA in political science at UC San Diego, and her MBA Finance degree at Georgetown University.
